 Customer SupportSuccessful employment candidates should have the following criteria:
* Having minimum 2 years experience in travel agents/airlines.
* Must have ticketing knowledge and able to use GDS (preferably Amadeus)
* Tourism study background (SMIP/Diploma)
* Good command of both spoken and written English
* Pleasant employment jobs personality and must be a team player
* Able to work under pressure
