Jobs:
* Mastering the system of quality control of incoming materials, production processes, inventory, util the finished goods.
* Ability to inspect, assess, audit food supplier vendor and food production.
* Prepare SOP of Fresh Food Product.
* Prepare SOP of system production.
* Prepare SOP of usage/cleaning of equipment.
* Train and run education session for front-line staff.
* Ability to translate excellent quality control into higher sales revenues.
Major Requirements:
* Minimum Diploma.
* Having minimum 2 years experience at food and beverages.
* Having knowledge about Food Hygiene.
* Understanding about certification, like ISO 9000.
* Able to use a computer.
* Mastering English Language, at least passive.
