* Male / Female, max. 35 y.o.
* Directly responsible for all food and beverage issues. Read, check and follow up the log book reports of each outlet and make a report.
* Having Execellent suggestions of creativity, better performance and the achievement of the completion.
* Highly motivated, good strategic and leadership, have developed strong written and oral communication skills.
* Have analytical and problem solving skill, excellent motivator, ability to manage, coordinate and facilitate a team to ensure efficiency, reliability and effectiveness.
* Result and target oriented, a hard worker while maintaining good team player attitude.
* Preferably experienced in Restaurant industry for minimum 3 years at the same position.
* Able to make a departmental training programme, schedule regular lectures, maintain records and assessment.
